Favorite CulinAero dish: Caramelized local peaches, asparagus, tomatoes w/ cilantro vinaigrette. My second choice, Cavatappi Amatriciana pasta with fresh local corn, roasted tomatoes, spinach in tomato broth.
At home, I like to cook: No limits! Italian, Asian, and smoked meats and seafood!
Most memorable food event: A Greek style spread we did for a wedding called Htipiti, made of garlic, feta, lemon juice and roasted tomatoes.
